Global CEO

Sudershan Gupta, M.D., is an accomplished Emergency Medicine Physician and Assistant Professor at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Gloucester, VA. He earned his M.D. in Family Medicine from East Tennessee State University and has been board certified since 2008. Additionally, he has received training in Health Administration, further enhancing his capacity for leadership in medical practice.
Dr.Gupta’s extensive career includes his current role at Riverside Medical Group in Gloucester, VA, where he manages a high-volume Emergency Department. He previously served as a Research Analyst at The Heart Center in Kingsport, TN. Recognized for his leadership, he serves as the Operational Medical Director for Gloucester, Abingdon, and Middlesex Fire and Rescue services, and is the President of the Peninsula Indian Cultural Association, Inc. He has also made a significant impact on community healthcare, organizing COVID-19 vaccine clinics in Yorktown, VA.
With numerous contributions to prominent medical journals, Dr. Gupta is committed to advancing medical knowledge and patient care. His deep involvement in community health initiatives and his leadership in emergency medicine make him an invaluable asset to I Health Quotient, where his expertise is instrumental in shaping health performance analytics to enhance workplace health outcomes. Shripal Shah is an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience in providing comprehensive Human Resource services. Throughout his career, Shripal has partnered closely with organizations to help them achieve their goals and targets by offering specialized services, including HR Consulting, CXO Hiring, Recruitment Services, and both IT & Non-IT Corporate Training with a focus on Leadership Programs.
